Kimchi Salmon Rice Bowl
This is a simple, quick and healthy office lunch recipe I want to show you; my Kimchi Salmon Rice Bowl!
I came up with this easy recipe when David from BPMpickles got in touch to send me a sample of his awesome Kicking Kimchi. Happy with his food values and delicious Kimchi, I put my taste buds to work, and the Salmon rice bowl was born.
You can get all the ingredients from your local supermarket and the kimchi from BPMpickles

1. Follow the microwave Instructions to the salmon fillet (4mins) and rice pack (2mins) and cook acourdingly.
2. Meanwhile, carefully slice your avocado and take your Kimchi out the fridge.
3. Once the salmon and rice is cooked, add to the bowl in this order: rocket, rice, salmon, avocado and finish with a tablespoon of Kimchi. You can also add a tablespoon of yogurt too!
