Raspberry and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
breakfast on the go!
Make a bowl of raspberry and peanut butter overnight oats that’s indulgent yet healthy. It doesn’t get any easier and more delicious than creamy peanut butter and tangy raspberries. Overnight oats are a great way to keep you full until lunch for a low cost and offering endless flavours to pick from.
In my photo, I have added frozen blueberries and chia seeds but you can make this your own and add any frozen or fresh fruit you like! This is my favourite peanut butter as it tastes great and you can buy it in bulk!

TOP TIP: Keep an eye out the supermarkets for reduced berries, buy them in bulk and freeze them for a later date. This will save you time, effort and money. Depending on the time of year, you can also walk out and pick your own berries. This is exactly what I did for my Blackberry and Apple Crumble Overnight Oats.
Give the oats a try and leave a review below on what you think. Enjoy!
Top 3 Raspberry Facts
- Unlike many fruits, unripe raspberries do not ripen after they have been picked. There’s no softening up in the fruit bowl for the raspberry – once it’s picked, that’s your lot.
- There are over 200 species of raspberries.
- Did you know that raspberries can be red, purple, gold or black in colour? The gold ones are the sweetest variety, and very tasty.
