This is my own recipe I came up with when I was cycling home in the cold and I couldn't decide whether to have chilli con carne or lasagne... So I decided to have both. Oh, and what a dish it became!

STOP AND CHECK THIS OUT! Slow cooked beef brisket chilli con carne. Chunky pieces of tender beef and infused in a simplified Jamie Oliver Mexican marinade, combined with my love of coffee... So don't be shy & give it a try this weekend!
